Idiyappam

Idiyappam is the authentic dish of Kerala. It is made of rice floor, water and salt. The texture and the presentation of dish is very unique numerous strands of vermicelli are entwined together to make this version of Appam. Idiyappam is also known as Noolappam. If you want to eat this mouthwatering dish so do one thing pair it with any spicy curry either vegetarian and non vegetarian.

Kerala Style Fish Molee

A sea shore, breezy air, ups and down of waves of sea and a lightly fried fish on your plate made in to a stew. It sounds good. Kerala style Fish Molee is very unique dish of Kerala. It is made in coconut milk, kokum and spices like turmeric, pepper, cinnamon and cloves along with fresh green chilies to give it a tangy taste. The fish is usually a king fish or a seer fish nevertheless, It is bound to leave you to salivating.







Sadhaya

The Heritage of any country is not only Historical Monuments but also best food of that place. Sadhya is the traditional and authentic meal of Kerala. Sadhya is a type of platter. It includes rice and 12 to 20 dishes in a fresh plantain leaf. Puttu and Kandala Curry
